How far is the property from the beach?

Seabreeze is located on the headland road out of Cemaes Bay. There are two beaches at Cemaes, a big beach which is a ten minutes walk and a little beach which is just 5 minutes walk.

How far is the property from shops and pubs?

Seabreeze is about a 5 minute walk from the village of Cemaes Bay where you will find a full range of commodity shops, a paper shop, a Chemist, a Fish and Chip shop and two Pubs and The Harbour Hotel which offers bistro style dining.

Is there a Supermarket nearby?

There is a Somerfield’s in Amlwch which is a 10 minute drive away and Tesco and Morrisons in Holyhead which is a 20 minute drive away.

Are there walks near to the property?

Seabreeze is located near to the Coastal Path and can be reached by the small lane from the property's garden.

Is the location quiet and peaceful?

Seabreeze is located on a small road which leads to the headland and is a very quiet and peaceful area with hardly any passing traffic. The property is on a 4 house estate and all rooms and garden face the sea making it a tranquil and breathtaking seaside retreat.

Is there parking at the property and for how many cars?

Seabreeze has off road parking for 1 car directly outside the property, on a small gravel area. There is also parking for 1 car outside the garage which is just opposite the property.

Is there Broadband access at the property?

Yes there is Wi-Fi internet access at the property

Is there a childs chair and travel cot?

Yes we provide both a travel child’s cot and chair

Do you accept dogs and for how many can i bring?

Yes the property accepts dogs and a maximum is 2 at a £10 charge each.

Do you accept Cats?

There is stricktly a NO CAT policy due to the owners allergies.

Is the garden enclosed and how big is it?

Seabreeze offers a pretty garden which faces out to the sea. It has an area of paving with outdoor table and chairs for 6 and a BBQ. There is an area laid with grass and is enclosed by a small 2 ft wall and gate leading to the coastal path access lane.

Do you offer short breaks

We do offer 3 and 4 day breaks during off season months. (January, February, March, November and December) However we do not offer 1 and 2 day breaks due to turn round procedures.

Are start days flexible

During high and peak seasons (April, May, June, July, August. September, October) check-in days are Saturday only, however during off peak months we can offer a flexible check in day. Please email your enquiry.

When do I recieve information regarding directions, key collection for the property once I have booked?

You will receive all the information about the property with directions and key collection once we have received the full payment of your booking and 10 days’ prior to your arrival

Are there any additional costs?

Heat/Light, basket of logs, bed linen, towels are all included in the price. Optional holiday insurance is extra and if you wish to pay by PayPal there is a 2.5% charge.
