About your stay

A Welcome Pack is provided on arrival, which includes, milk, butter, eggs, orange juice, cheese, biscuits, coffee and tea and a bottle of Wine. We also provide soap, kitchen roll, toilet roll, salt and pepper, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing powder.

Bedding/Towels
All bed linen including Duvet covers, plenty of towels and t-towels are provided free of charge.

Electricity/Gas all included
The cottage has Oil fired central heating and a log burning stove in Lounge.
(Basket full of logs and kindling are provided)

Recreation
There is a selection of books, DVD’s and games

There is hairdryer, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment , TV, DVD, music centre with CD and BBQ with garden chairs and table.

Pets
Two dogs are permitted at extra charge of £10 per dog per stay.There is a striclty no CAT policy due to owners allergy.

Sauna and Jacuzzi Room
There is a Sauna and Jacuzzi room in the house which offers a perfect place to chill out, but please note no chidlren under the age of 12 are allowed to use it.

Start Dates and Short Breaks
Earby House start dates for weekly bookings are Friday or Saturday and during off peak season 3 nightly breaks are taken on a Friday and 4 nightly weekly breaks are taken on a Monday.
