A property offering between 2 and 3 bedrooms, with luxury furnishings, modern bathroom and kitchen and situated in a good location can expect to earn between £8,000-£12,000 nett income and that’s after housekeeper/cleaning charges and purchasing of provisions.
We offer two types of services to the property owners, both are flexible and can be tailor made to your individual needs.
Commission based lettings: We offer competitive commission charges and can beat most agency on owner charges. We are also very flexible with our owner bookings and don’t restrict owners on how many bookings they can have.
Full management service: For owners who wish to maximize their earnings and who aren’t on site to manage cleaning and maintenance of their property, we offer a compelte full management service where we will look after the cleaning, buy all the provisions and organize any maintenance. This service includes key control management and one to one guest care.
