About your stay

A welcome pack is provided on arrival which includes milk, butter, bread, eggs, preserves, orange juice, cheese, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine. We also provide soap, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, salt and pepper, wshing up liquid and washing powder.

Bedding/Towels
All bed linen incluing duvet covers, towels and t-towels are provided free of charge.

Electricity/heating
The cottage has Oil fired central heating and log burning stove in Lounge.
(Basket full of logs and kindling are provided)

Pets
Two dogs are permitted at extra charge of £10 per dog per stay. There is a striclty no CAT policy due to owners allergy

Recreation
As well as a collection of books there is a selection of videos and games.

Little extras
There is hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, TV, video, DVD, music centre with CD facilities, Bedroom TV with DVD and BBQ with garden chairs and table.

There is a coin operated payphone.

Car parking
There is off road parking for two cars, one outside the house and the other outside the garage. The garage can be used to safetly store any bikes or a boat you wish to bring with you on your holiday.

For Babies
We provide a high chair, travel cot, some toys and a bucket and spade.

Start Dates and Short Breaks
Seabreeze start dates for weekly bookings are Saturday and during winter months, November, December, January and February short 3 nightly breaks are taken on a Friday and 4 nightly weekly breaks are taken on a Monday.
