Bookings/Payments

1. Making a Booking and Paying for your Holiday
   Ring 07714 230118 to place a provisional booking, or fill in enquiry form and this booking will be held for seven days, or direct booking via our online booking system.
2. A booking form will be sent out in the post or emailed to you and then please send the Booking form with 30% deposit and post to:
   Blue Lagoon Retreats, PO Box 294, Knutsford, Cheshire, and WA16 8YX.
   Dogs will be charged at £10/£15 per week per dog.
3. Payments can be made by Cheques (made payable to A.S Fern) ,  Direct Transfer or Bank Wire
   (For foreign transfers please add £7) or PayPal (please ask for PayPal Link)
4. If a booking is made within less than 10 days then payment must be made via PayPal or by cash into any Nat West bank.
5. Deposits and final payments are non refundable if you cancel your holiday booking.
6. However if the property in question becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel and a full refund will be given.

Restrictions

1. Persons sleeping cannot exceed the number stated on the cottage details.
   (except for children under 2 years sleeping in cot)
2. No Smoking. No Stag or Hen Parties.

Your Responsibility

1. The contract is only formed when we receive the booking confirmation form and deposit from you.
2. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a booking confirmation form.
3. You are responsible for normal everyday cleaning and keeping the property in an orderly fashion.
4. You will be liable for any damages, breakages, losses and any extra cleaning or repairs which are incurred due to your non-compliance with this condition.
5. Bookings which are over a week long will receive a obligatory service clean and change of bed linen and towels
6. Only the named people detailed on the booking form will be entitled to occupy the cottage.
7. We reserve the right to enter the cottage at any reasonable time to inspect the cottage and/or carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance. The contract between you and us is subject to English Law.

We aim to ensure that the information on the website is accurate, however, there may be small differences to the actual property and its description.
