About your stay

AWelcome Pack

A welcome pack is provided on arrival which includes milk, butter, orange juice, homemade bread and bara brith, eggs, homemade chutney, jam or marmalade, welsh cheese, cereals, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine. We also provide fresh flowers, soap, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, salt and pepper, washing up liquid and washing powder.

Bedding/Towels
All bed linen including duvet covers, towels and t-towels are provided free of charge.

Electricity/heating
The cottage has recycled biofuels under floor central heating and multi fuel stove in Lounge.
(Basket full of logs and kindling are provided)

Pets
Well behaved dogs and horses are welcome.  As part of the stable block there are facilities for drying off your dogs if they get dirty and there are loads of towels available to give the dogs a good rub-down; these can then be washed in the machine designated for ‘dog towels’.

Recreation
As well as a collection of books there is a selection of DVD's and games.

Little extras
There is a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, TV, video, DVD, music centre with CD facilities and BBQ with garden chairs and table. Access to a shared washing machine, dog drying facilities and communal barbeque area with large fire pit.

Something special
Home baked bread, cakes and seasonally changing meals are available to guests;  if you are staying in the cottages you can opt to cater for yourselves or have meals prepared for you to eat in the comfort of your own cottage. Alternatively groups of people holidaying with us, for example at Christmas or New Year, may choose to have dinner together in the farmhouse.

Car parking
There is off road parking for two cars on the large communal driveway outside the barns.

Start Dates and Short Breaks
Start dates for weekly bookings are Friday and in non peak season short 3 nightly breaks are taken on a Friday and 4 nightly weekly breaks are taken on a Monday.

Strictly NO SMOKING in the cottage and no children under the age of 16.
